                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   CERTAIN SEWER EASEMENTS AS SET FORTH HEREIN
                   FROM LARRY M. YOTHER AND DONNA H. YOTHER
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 72, HIXSON
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of certain sewer easements from Larry M. Yother and 
Donna
       H. Yother, as set forth herein below, Graham relative to Contract 

       No. 72, Hixson Collection System.
